Who runs Gamers Hub

Gamers Hub (gamershub.fyi) is operated by Alvvo, a business registered in the Sultanate of Oman. We are the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests — start at Support, or email support@gamershub.fyi.

What we collect

• Your email address — to create your account, verify it, and reset your password.
• Your PSN ID / gamertag — shown publicly on ladders, rosters and match pages. That is the point of a public ladder.
• Your country — detected once from your connection when you first sign in, and editable by you at any time. Shown as a flag next to your name.
• Game activity — matches, scores, points, ranks, clan membership, queue activity, disputes and tickets.
• Messages you send in game chat, visible to the players in that game.
• Screenshots you upload as proof in a dispute.
• Notification tokens, only if you turn on push notifications.

We do not collect payment details, we do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on the hub.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you create an account, and to deliver the service you asked for: running fair matches, keeping an accurate ladder, resolving disputes, and stopping cheating or abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.

Who else can see it

Your gamertag, country flag, clan, ranks and match results are public on the hub — that is what a competitive ladder is. Your email address is never shown publicly and is visible only to the hub administrator. We share data with the service providers that run the hub: Supabase (database and accounts), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (verification email). These providers process data outside Oman; we only use providers that apply recognised security standards.

Your rights

Under Oman's Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent.

• Correct it yourself — your name, country and profile live in your Me tab.
• Delete your account — one button in the Me tab. It removes your email, country and profile, retires your name to an anonymous handle, and closes your login for good.
• One honest limit: matches already played stay on the record without your personal details attached, because other clans' points and season standings are calculated from them. Deleting them would rewrite other people's results.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and after deletion only the anonymised match record described above. Game chat is scoped to a single game and is not used for anything else.

Children

Gamers Hub is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on the hub. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
