Always send the scrim code
Every scrim and every تقسيمة has a six-character code — #A1B2C3 — printed at the top of the game and on the report screen. Tap it to copy it. Put it in your ticket, your email or your DM and the admin can open the exact game in one move.
A result is wrong, or someone faked a score
Open a ticket on the game itself — attach the scoreboard screenshot and the admin can set the result and rebuild the points.
Someone is abusive in chat
Use the ⋯ on their message to report it, or block them so you never see their messages again. Reports land on the admin desk.
I can't sign in, or my email won't verify
Check the Me tab first — you can resend the code there, or change the address if you typed it wrong.
I want my account deleted
You can do it yourself, right now, from the bottom of the Me tab. It removes your personal data and closes your login for good.
