Terms of Service

The deal

Gamers Hub is a free competitive ladder for 6v6 Call of Duty scrims, operated by Alvvo from the Sultanate of Oman. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Activision, Sony, or any game publisher.

Your account

• One account per person. Second accounts, smurfs and lookalike names exist to cheat the ladder and get removed.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Your account is yours — do not share it, sell it, or play on someone else's.
• Keep your PSN ID accurate. It is how opponents find you in the lobby.

Fair play

The ladder only means something if the results are real. These end a season fast:

• Reporting a score that did not happen, or a win you did not earn.
• Cheating, hacking, exploiting, or playing with someone who is.
• Arranging fake matches between clans to farm points.
• Dodging opponents by stalling a lobby, or cancelling to avoid a loss you were going to take.
• Walking out of a تقسيمة you are losing. Leaving a live game counts as losing it — the full points, plus time out of the queue.
• Reporting a تقسيمة result you cannot prove. Every تقسيمة submission needs the scoreboard screenshot.
• Playing under a teammate's name, or fielding a player who is not on the roster.

How you talk to people

Game chat is for sorting the host, the adds and the map. Not allowed: harassment, threats, racism, sexual content, spam, or sharing anyone's personal information.

Every message can be reported, and you can block any player so you never see their messages again. Reports land on the admin desk and are reviewed — offending content and accounts are removed.

Results, points and disputes

• Both clans report the result. Agreeing settles it and the points move.
• If the two reports disagree and neither side attached a screenshot, the scrim is cancelled and nobody scores.
• If one side has proof, it goes to the admin, whose decision is final.
• Points, ranks and seasons are calculated automatically. The admin can correct a wrong result, and corrections rebuild the ladder honestly for everyone affected.

What we can do

We may remove results, close clans, suspend queueing, or ban accounts that break these rules. We can change or stop the service, and we will give notice on the hub where we reasonably can.

Leaving

You can delete your account any time from the Me tab. Matches already played stay on the record without your personal details, because other clans' standings are built from them.

No warranty

The hub is provided as it is. We do the work to keep results accurate and the service running, but we cannot promise it is never down and never wrong. These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
